Hacking Just got a New 3ds XL, it's on 11.0.0-33. How do I do the hard mod?

Hardmod or you could do a DSIWare Downgrade if you have access to another 3ds with CFW already.

Still pretty new to this myself, but was able to use the guide a few times now successfully.
