I'm trying to get CFW installed on my Switch. I downgraded my console to 7.0.1 firmware through my NAND backup and had to get my games reinstalled on the Switch but I didn't update.

Is there any reason why Kosmos is giving me a "Found pkg1 Unknown pkg1 version failed to launch firmware error."?

I downgraded without a full nand backup. Down from 8.0 to 6.1.0. Factory reset. Booted Atmosphere and updated to 7.1.0. All working well.

I wouldn't use pre built stuff like Kosmos personally just use Atmosphere and add any other stuff you need yourself.

It was a full NAND backup.

But I wanted my game files from the Cloud so I connected to the Internet after removing the CFW files. I didn't get banned, but now it wants to update to 8.0.0.

And yes, I know NAND restoring can brick your console. Maybe I should just wait for Atmosphere to support 8.0.0.
