Gaming Just Dance Unlimited on a banned Switch?

Hey, I was wondering if you get your Switch/Account banned. Would you be able to play Just Dance Unlimited?

As it is a streaming service for Just Dance, shouldn't it access ubisoft servers?

Does a nintendo ban block access to external services like this one?

Hope anyone can help or someone who has a banned console and Just dance give it a try.

You would not be able to use it. Even things like Hulu don't work. Your Switch essentially cannot access anything that isn't local while banned.
