Homebrew Just bought a N3DS. Can I system transfer without updating?

Hi, I just bought a N3DS XL (9.6) and I was wondering if I could make a system transfer without forcing the N3DS to update before I try to downgrade it. Possible?

You can use JKSaveManager once you downgrade and can relink NNID and use eShop!

Really? How can you do that? I'm getting a N3DS soon and was wondering if there was an easy way to relink NNID.

Downgrade to 9.2 and then tomorrow I'll link you to a YouTube site where I got it from!

if you downgrade and set up emunand you could then just do a normal system transfer
