Hey guys I am the proud owner of a Jtagged xbox.

I have a few questions.

Firstly, how do I convert my iso games into files that my external HDD can read?

Secondly, how do I install XBLA, Avatar items and DLC onto my Xbox?

I've only got a 20GB HDD on my xbox but I have a 500GB external USB drive.

Is there any tutorials or any programs that I should install?

I've only got XeXMenu 1.1 and NXE2GOD installed.

Cheers

The steps for runnning ISO from external HDD:
1. Format HDD in FAT32 format
2. Extract the files from the xbox ISO/DVD using exiso or Schtom's S360x (Tools -> XDVDFS XTR)
3. Copy content to ExternalHDD:\Games\(Game Name)
4. Use XeXMenu to launch the game

XBLA/DLC content:
1. Use something like YarisSwop on XBLA/DLC
2. Copy to content to Xbox internalHDD:0000000000\(XBLA/DLC Dir) (Can't remember the number of zeros)

Hope this helps. This is just to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for the info eleventh. It seems I have another problem though.

Everytime I try to load a game via the usb in xexmenu the xbox reboots itself. It's weird as the game loads through to the title screen. But once you try and move into the gameplay it reboots.

I tried a beta snes emulator and that worked fine, even played a couple of roms from usb. No problems at all.

Do you know what is happening to the xbox? It seems though it's gettin too much power so it shuts off.

I tried a couple of usbs drives and get the same result

That's odd. If I put a retail disc in it just tells me to "put in a disc".

But if I put the xbox boot disc for wave 4 and then put in a retail game it plays fine.
That's with all my backups too. But once they get going they play fine. I even copied a game to the Xbox HDD and unlocked it with NXE2GOD and that played fine.

EDIT: Actually no, just tried Super Street Fighter 4 and Transformers: WFC and they load fine from backup, but some other games need the boot disc.

Ahh just realised that GOW1 plays fine from retail disc but PGR4 needs the boot disc. WTF is happening here?

It seems like it was a corrupt game in the "games" folder. Seems to be working fine now. I even got FSD to work, looks great.
