If you plan on using an SD2Vita but also want the ability to swap to legit game cards at will, enso will cause you headaches - for this reason I did away with enso and was happy on 3.67 (although I updated to 3.68 just before 3.69 came out just so I could install a recent PSN release that had no compatibility pack) - 3.68 has been just as reliable for me as 3.67 was under h-encore.
If you never plan on buying legit gamecards you'll almost certainly be better off being on 3.65
The above info about plug-in compatibility is also out of date - most have now been fixed to work with all 3.65+ systems (although I've not tried all of them personally, but can certainly verify that sd2vita is mounted on boot even without enso).
