Gaming Just a Quick Question

I need to know if Super Mario Galaxy has multiple save files, so 2 or more people can play on the same console. I'd appreciate it if anyone could answer.

Now not only my siblings and parents can play, but my Grandma can too.
Good thing Nintendo thought of Grandmas, I wonder what the world would do if no one spared a thought.
