I'm using USB Loader GX.
If my hard drive is FAT32, do I still have to convert .iso to .wbfs? Or can my loader do that for me?
Also, I'm using Linux so could someone please help find a wbfs manager that works with Ubuntu or Wine; if i still need to convert the files?
Thanks

For USB Loader GX, on your FAT32 formatted drive you will need to create a wbfs folder in its root. In that folder you will have to use a WBFS manager and convert all your games to .wbfs files. The .wbfs files will give you the added bonus of being way smaller than the .iso files on average as they are scrubbed.

As for WBFS managers that are Linux native, I don't know of any that work with .wbfs files, just WBFS formatted drives. But like you guessed, some WBFS managers like the easy to use Wii backup Manager for Windows or the super capable and complex wwt+wit: Wiimms WBFS+ISO Tools can be ran fine in Linux using WINE.
