Every time I boot into Rxmode, the roms that I have installed always have to be unwrapped. Is there any way that I could get them to where they only have to be unwrapped once and never again? When I play a rom in Rxmode and save it, can I continue where I left off from before? Thank you for answering :)

Have you seperated your NANDs with tiny format?
If not follow the "Unlinking NANDs" section of this tutorial.

No, I didn't do that. I did update to 10.3 while in Rxmode.

Do we still need to keep the .CIA's after we've inported them through BigBlueBox, or can they be deleted?

How do I install an update to a game that I've already installed?

I appreciate all the help the both of you have been offering to me.

Updates are separate titles, if I recall. Just install them with FBI or DevMenu/BigBlueBox. If it fails with FBI, which happens if you try to install over an existing title, use DevMenu/BigBlueBox instead, which will let you.

So I would just get the update in .CIA format and the correct region and install it within BigBlueBox and that's it?

I followed the tutorial on how to unlink my nands by using TinyFormat. After performing the first time setup in sysnand, I opened my browser, cleared my cookies and history, and tried to go to the URL http://launch.rxtools.net but it won't go. My top screen is white and my bottom screen is stuck on the "loading rxTools.dat screen

Nevermind, I didn't realize that I'm already in Rxmode. But all of the CIA's I installed are now gone, after unlinking my nands.

    I'm using Rxtools 2.6.

So all I have to do is reinstalll all of the CIA's. But now I have two BigBlueBox tiles on my SysNAND. One in Health and Saftey and one to the far right. Is there a way I can delete one of these?

You should keep the Health and Safety one just in case something goes horribly wrong; there's no harm in having it there. There's no harm in having the other one there either, since if something would happen it would have already, but you can probably remove it with FBI in sysnand with the title uninstaller.

But I wouldn't want to install anything on Sysnand anyways, would I? I usually go into Emunand first, then load BigBlueBox, and then install all of my CIA's.

Under normal circumstances, no. Generally you won't need a CIA installer on your sysnand unless something goes horribly wrong, but there are a number of guides that walk you through doing that exact thing, so it's better safe rather than sorry. I'm not saying you should install your things on your sysnand as well, I'm saying you should keep your H&S copy on there just in case you need it for some reason.
