When was the last time we had a month packed so full of such eagerly awaited DS releases? These are some of the games that have either already been released this month or are scheduled to:

    1. Final Fantasy Tactics A2
    2. Guitar Hero: On Tour
    3. Etrian Odyssey II
    4. LEGO: Indiana Jones
    5. Summon Night: Twin Age
    6. Bleach 2
    7. New Int'l Track and Field
    8. Kung Fu Panda
    9. Incredible Hulk
    10. Civilization Revolution
    11. Arkanoid DS
    12. Space Invaders Extreme
    13. Top Spin 3
    14. Super Dodgeball Brawlers

From blockbuster movie licenses to eagerly anticipated sequels, this month has it all! Think about it. Can you ever remember a month with so many potential good releases?

FFT is enough for me to put hours on it. Still waiting for Disgaea DS as well. But definitely, I can't wait for those.

Only Final Fantasy Tactics A2 have the potentiel to be good like you say.

Summon Night Twin Age is good but that series is unknown.

The rest like your little lego games are crap.

I want to play Final Fantasy tactic, and civ:revolution.

I've played dodgeball brawlers already, its not that great but its at least improved since the gba version. Waiting to try out Summon Nights:Twin Age.

The ones in bold are the games I want.

Well, I enjoyed FF Tactics Advance on the GBA, and the 2nd one looks great.

Etrian Odessey, is another game I really look forward to. I really like the old-school styled RPGs. It requires a lot of grinding, but oh well still fun.

Guitar Hero DS: MY GUITAR IS ON FIRE, OH NO.

I know there are other threads talking about all the June releases, but my question is whether this is the best, or at least most anticipated month in DS history. That's a topic I haven't seen discussed, and I think it's an interesting comparison to explore. I certainly can't remember a month with more sequels to big hits and just desired games in general.

And if you haven't yet, everyone should definitely check out ConraDargo's write-up of all the June 08 releases. Nice job on that, ConraDargo.

Don't diss the LEGO Indiana jones. It runs on the same engine as LEGO Star Wars 3. It's a fun little action game

Movie based games are doing fine recently (except Iron Man). They just are not that good on handhelds.
Kung Fu Panda on next-gen is like Panda Gaiden.
