Hi for some reason the translation patch thing wont working I dl all the stuff i needed but wont work. Can someone give me a save file of it? In english it dosnt matter if it's not completed game or completed. Thanks

save file is useless for you.
even if the game is saved with an english JUS rom, the game will be japanese when you load the save with a japanese rom.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
