Loopy, of PocketNES fame, has built a giant DS running through two tablet PC screens. This project is pretty old and I rediscovered the link while sorting through some information, however I felt some users might enjoy reading about it. Please see the link below for images, impressions, and more.

Old news as you already said, but still, congrats to Loopy for making something like that! [IMG]

That lucky bastard. Trying to record DS vids with a camera, and still play is ridiculous. Hopefully the 3DS will have some sort of video out.

Old news indeed. But still very nice.

With the ability to stream the video output directly to a computer, you can play it on even bigger monitors, or display it through a beamer or so. [IMG]
Also, this beats every other way of recording DS video. Awesome job. [IMG]

Btw/offtopic: I wish loopy revealed more about flashme, NDS keys etc. We are in the desperate need of more custom firmware for the DS.

Hackaday has tons of different projects like this and they even post a guide for you to reproduce them. They have two jumbo size DS projects listed.

    I saw that [IMG]

Also I wonder how the video games look since the menu looks pretty snazzy and not that bad.
