Hacking Julius (Caesar III) Vita by devnoname120 with enhanced controls.

I made an updated build of Julius Vita by devnoname120 with enhanced controls (version 0.10-enhanced-controls-v5). The download is here:

Changes include:
- left analog joystick mouse control
- touch controls like on a touchpad with tap to click
- scroll map with right analog stick
- on-screen keyboard with start
- re-compiled with latest official source to hopefully fix crashes with video playback
- enable more memory
etc.

I made another fix, the videos are now playing without stuttering on the Vita. My fix is not merged into the official repository yet, but should be available soon. A preview is here as file attachment:
