To be honest I enjoy the game but half these pokemon look ugly. I mean really ugly and don't get me started on the legendary pokemon. Honestly is it just me?

Nah, I like them but it isn't what I expected to be honest. They took an entire step towards a new direction. I dunno I guess they appear to be alright but some are just a waste of space.


Oh yeah I forgot to ask where you get old rod or good rod from. I got all the way to 3rd Gym Town and I still have not received many important items. I don't know how I got the bike but I realized it an hour ago. XD

They arent the English names....

Just the Japanese names, but written in normal letters, like we do

whenever you get to the screen to nickname your caught pokemon, tapping the pokemon at the top left gives the original name in case you messed up.
