It evolves only in Summer.... you will have to wait 1 month

EDIT: HUH?? It worked, but I didnt get my Tabunne back... INSTEAD of that, I came into my PC Box, and Tabunne is there also!!

You need to get the Liberty Ticket via Wifi Mystery Gift. Then all you have to do is sail from Hiun(?) and go to another place where you'll be able to find it.

There is not. It just says Mystery Gift in Japanese. xD When you click that you'll see it saying something about WiFi.
Just check out the 3rd or 4th option.. Not sure. =/

The Vs. Seeker IS NOT IN RAIMON CITY. That is the Battle Recorder! I have no idea where the Vs. Seeker is, and apparently no one else does either -_-;
