Anyone know what ANY of that says?

to make it short and cutting all the blah blah blah,
its under maintenance for at least a week to 10 days.
it will be on the official pokemon website when its back.
you will also be able to use sync and wake up your pokemons without any problem so dont worry.
everything that you had in there will stay as the way it was.

thats it.

10 days? Ouch. That's a bit excessive. At least I didn't have a pokemon in dream world.

On the website there is a little power button in the top right of the dream world page, that button removes your Pokemon from the site. Then you go to the same menu in your game that you used to send it to the site. I'm sure there is a way to wake it up from the within the game as well but I haven't figured that out.

Oh and does anyone know who to talk to in Hiun City to activate the transfer machine?

Press the select button once to move it around. Alternatively, there is a button with what looks like a two arrows pointing opposite directions [Not arrows, but looks like them anyway] pressing that button will auto-arrange your items in the most logical order

I think the C-fear is only for interacting between near-by players. as trading is only an option under IR [which is Infa-red, something we don't have for roms] and Wireless [DS-TO-DS Local]
