I don’t think so. The guy who dump the Super Mario Bros. Wii all he got wash some threatening from Ninty saying that he must pay 100 zillons of dollars. But since it´s impossible that some normal kid had that amount of money, the case went to oblivion and nothing happened to him!.

It was only some Ninty strategy to scare kids like you.
