I think it's a comfort thing. It's nice to actually have the rom, just in case.

Hey Guys its me Jonny,
Recently Pokemon Project Has stated that he is working on cracking the BLACK AND WHITE ROMS. Though Pokejungle doesn’t support the use of roms we do love new information (at least i know i do) So expect new info coming as soon as tonight if these turn out to be true.
Side Note: there are a lot of people using this opportunity to try to get unsuspecting pokemon fans to download “roms” that are full of virus’s so be careful
