I'm not sure about him, but I don't think minorities can't figure out how to vote as where I live white people are a minority and there sure were a lot of different people with different skin tones in line waiting to vote. The Liberal left would benefit by not requiring a valid ID to register/vote because then anyone could lie and vote for them. You need an ID to buy beer, tobacco, marijuana, to drive a car and to get into a night club. You wait in line at the grocery store.
