Does this means that he plans to phase out SSDI itself or phase out the "increased limit"?
If it is going to be the former, that may hurt a lot of people whom actively depends on it and those whom paid into the insurance.

He is an "elderly" overweight adult who eats fast food that miraculously survived the deadly covid-19 virus which only has a survivability rate of 99.8%. Biden, on the other hand, will be lucky to make it to Jan 20th. I had my doubts he'd make it to election day.
