What really caught my eye was this:

    Name: Phishy
    Author: Goity
    Platform: GP2X
Description: Phishy is a game where the aim is to become the biggest phish in the sea. While eating smaller phish to grow, you must avoid larger phish that will try to eat you! Grow larger, and unlock extras such as new modes and entirely new games!
    Download: Phishy.zip

    ...

    I'm going phishing.

    *gets arrested*

Anyways, I love these competitions, always bring great homebrew to every platform.

Impressions of this emulator so far? Playing Sonic 1 Megamix 3.0 hack, Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Gunstar Heroes. All at full speed.

    Main downsides though.
    -No Sound
-Currently No Scaling so part of the screen is cut off.

this should be put on the portal. I only found it by browsing other DS related sites I frequent.

Just tested it with Sonic 2 and it seems to run alot faster than picodriveDS but it has a few glitches and does not feature the option to scale the game down so it fits on the ds display (I know it looks like crap but sometimes it helps) and it lacks sound. So i think i will be using both untill this one clearly surpasses it.

It looks promising and maybe we will get sound like what has happend with Lameboy, although that is a wish becasue clearly "Genesis does what Nintendon't" (I had to)
