So I made a thread before "Jasper made a short now Fans don't spin"

I've located the issue, it was the transistor Q3M1 which I have replaced.

But now my console won't start anymore. Actually it "does" start but looks like to me it keeps resetting 3 times a second. The blue light on my Matrix glitcher keeps flashing rapidly.

I measured voltage on CPU_RST cable and instead of stable 1.1V it jumps between 0.3 to 0.9V very fast.

Any ideas what could go wrong?

Take out the chip and restore it to stock.
Boot it to verify if it's working, after that continue with hacking the thing.
Make sure you keep the wires away from any MOSFETs, coils and other sources of EMI.
