Hello everyone, I just bought my new Nintendo 3ds xl today. And ı realized that the old user of the console changed the region via cfw from Japan to Europe. I realized that I can't use any Nintendo privacy agreement-related things on my 3ds. I tried to play Super smash bros online. When I tried to play, It says you will not be able to play online without agreeing to the Nintendo 3DS Service User Agreement.
The Interesting thing for me is I can play Mario kart 7 online and It also allows me to update system software(Europe).
I can't go to the Nintendo shop, Can't update mi plaza. I know the problem is about country settings. I just want to play games online like super smash bros and animal crossing new leaf.
Is there any way I can fix this? I don't have any backup file from the version that has the original country as a region.
