Hacking Japanese game updates in gateway mode

Hello I recently bought final fantasy explorers and dragon quest monsters because as others have said who knows when square will decide to localize final fantasy explorers let alone dragon quest, anyway I'm trying to update the games as they say an update is available but I keep getting kicked out if the eshop and my theme gets uninstalled too and now I cant redownload it. In short are these updates cias anywhere? I don't have to accept a EULA if that matters. That is for looking
