how can you jailbreak a ipod touch and wat are the risks
is there anything like bricking on the wii?

There are a few jailbreaking programs out there... What are you using, a Mac or a PC? I am using a PC and then there were these jailbreaking programs out there:
- RedSn0w
- Quick Pwn
- Quick Freedom


Sadly... I failed at JailBreaking since I couldn't get it into some mode... Forgot what it was called... DMA mode or something? So yea....

It should be legal, even though Apple denies it.
To jailbreak, it depends on the firmware. If you're using 3.0 2nd gen download the latest redsn0w and at the DFU part it gives you countdown instructions so pay attention. And you can't completely brick it. DFU is in the hardware so it can always be done to restore factory settings
