After searching a bit I'm not optimistic, but I've never had a modded 3DS brick like this before so no experience with recovery attempts. The 3DS cannot be booted except to Godmode or the Luma config page. Even if it means a complete wipe, any suggestions for unbricking? Luma version is 9.1.

If the battery trick doesn't solve the problem, you'll need to copy everything off your SD card, reformat it in FAT32 + 32 KB cluster using either [ Windows File Explorer | guiformat | MiniTool Partition Wizard (free editon) ], and full Write + Verify test the empty card with H2testw for hardware issues.

Report back your card's scan result before we continue with troubleshooting.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
