Hacking I've got two questions, R4Ultra and Pokemon

1) Its been a fairly long time since I've used my flashcart, an R4Ultra, and I've been wondering, is there an updated firmware that will Allow me to play Pokemon Black 2/White 2?

2) If possible, is there a cheat available for these games that will allow me to unlock Black 2's hard mode early on? I'd really appreciate a slightly meatier challenge on my first run, since I don't know anyone else I could link up with to unlock it early.

And if we seems too mean try not to take it personally, we get a bit grumpy during Pokemon season due to a sudden influx of new users who may or may not know the rules.
