an up-to date Homebrew Essentials list... and it's being maintained by me

So, I know it takes a lot of work to keep these things up and going, but I feel it shouldn't be too hard as long as people follow the rules. I'll try my best to keep up with everyone and hope to replace that old, never updated essentials list, maybe even rid of all of the suggested homebrew stickies (i hope so)

I'm doing this because I've come to realize that there's no way for n00bs to find good homebrew, and I'd like to create that place that people look to to find interesting and cool homebrew
