Ok we need some one working at a store that has the games and has a hacked 3ds how many people do you think are in this world that meet all those requirements.

I tested some with HackingToolkit9DS to unpack, then try to extract romfs, but it didn't work because they were preloads for example.

Btw, someone with a capture card has the games on 4chan, but says can't release cia because they don't have CFW... They are posting pics of the game though.

As of now, none of the post in 4ch are legitimate leaks, just photoshop edits and screenshots from nintendo's page.

I don't care which one leaks first to be honest. I care much more about how Nintendo is screwing us over so they will force us to get both games if we want all legendaries! Rather than making the legendaries split normally between the versions, they went and mixed them up! For example, in OR, you got Groudon and Palkia, now in US you get Groudon and Dialga, meaning if you want Kyogre and Dialga this time since you already have Groudon and Palkia, you need both games and vice versa! That's annoying as hell when wanting to make competitive teams!

As for the 4chan guy, it was an anon. It's already been pushed down to 3rd page or so since he stopped posting stuff and everyone left...

I found the one you mean, those are not new shots, they are pre-release shots, and is the person that puppisama was likely referring to.
