You'd have to ask.... Most Mom/Pop shops don't have vendor contracts to carry brand new games so they won't get streetdated product. They'll get them on release day, or shortly after.

Honestly, if you pay the money you can buy a apply for a distributors license for an online business, get a manufacturer access # and then you can buy straight from Ninty as a "business".... Though doing that and leaking a game would most certainly lead to prison and more money in fines than you've ever seen. Lol

Honestly it should leak quicker. With NTRBootHaX as well as the golden age of 11.3, there are a hell of a lot more people with CFW this year to be able to dump the game from work. Some people have balls Lol.

Just got reminded of another way to test if any of the CIAs released are legit. GM9 and mount the romfs, if it works, then it's legit. Also, we MAY be able to avoid showing Ninty we have played the game if we inject it to H&S, but I don't know how that will work with such a huge title...

just delete the internet setting in your 3ds then delete the game from activity log after you finshed with the game. i also think you can change the title id banner with another game thats already out.
