ROM Hack It is necesary to know codification or some kind of cc or cc+ to enter into deep files of a game?

I dump splatoon 2, and I'm in a secret (well not to secret anymore) in searching splatfest files on the splatoon 2 games, do not ask why it's secret shhhhh. I just wanted to know that if you need those types, can someone please send me a codification tutorial for basic people? ;-; thx

god I'm lost on that, for now the only thing I know is how to transcript dialogues on splatoon 1, like the splatfest dialoges or normal ones, but I didn't do it in my own, someone teach me that.... I mean I don't get what does it say I just lost... can u send me a tutorial for the basics or something?

To answer your V-bucks question, no. I'm assuming Epic Games stores how much V-bucks you have on a server. If it did save the amount of V-bucks you had on your console, it'd show up somewhere in a dumped save file. Which it does not, I've checked.

Considering you dont even know its "C" and "C++", yes.

V-Bucks are server-side. Lets say it IS in the save file, even if you hex edit that and it changes in-game to 99999 or something, it wouldn't matter.
