Most of the retailers, up until today, were listing 10/10 and 10/11 as the ETA for the new batch. As of right now, I'm seeing that bumped up to 10/18. We'd be lucky to see them this month at all, I think ... the delays keep coming.
Hopefully Nintendo doesn't jack the new shipment. I'm surprised they're shipping so soon, I guess Nintendo doesn't have that much control after all.

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
