Yeah the Question is above.
I know i can install CIA's to the Homescreen but is it Possible to convert this File or smth like that ?
(I have a new 3DS XL with Luma CFW and Arm9Loaderhax without OTP)

On that iso site is a .cia that has a different title id.
You can also replace the original mario bros romfs with that one and repack it as a cia.

    i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
