Hacking Issues With R4 stuck on loading screen

I have a NDSL R4 revolution 3 for DS and decided to update the firmware but once I did this it wouldn't go past the loading screen and now i can't find a firmware that will go any further.I have tried reformatted my SD card but this hasn't helped. I had an offical R4 firmware before but as i can't find one that works i'm open to all suggestions.

I've spend so many hours trying to find out on the internet but it hasn't been successful, so any thing will be off help.

Sounds like you downloaded the wrong firmware, download another and try again
