issues usb loader gx going back to usb loader after changing go to usb loader gx with gamecube nintenodnt shortcut

I am having issues usb loader gx going back to usb loader gx while leaving game I am able to exit games when I set go to usb loader gx back to usb gx loader but when I do R+Z+B+Down (D-pad) with gamecube games it goes to a logo usb gx and then goes black. I am able to set go to to homebrew channel or nintendont after pushing R+Z+B+Down (D-pad) but whe set go to usb loader gx logo shows then blank screen fine with wii games though maybe setting in nintedont?
