Hacking issues going from IOS 13 to 14

Hi, Can someone please help.... I have a Wii that currently has IOS 13 on it but want to goto 14 but am having issues. I have the .done the following

1. got the IOS 14 wad file put it in the WAD directory
2. opened WAD Manager 1.3 and run the WAD file
3. The installation gets to content # 17 and then gives an error ret -1

please help

Try it with wad manager 1.5.

He is probably referring to cIOS38 rev13 and cIOS38 rev14. :-)

True, but why installing cIOS thru WAD then?
