Hacking Issue with USBLoaderGX / d2x cIOS installer (games not starting, booting back to homebrew menu)

Thank you for your prompt response. I have just tried and set the USB Loader to 249 instead of 58 and that solved the issue immediately. I don't understand why this suddenly started failing.
Game I-O-S was already set to 249.
I do indeed use the save option, but I also removed all bin files from the SD card.

Nevertheless, I'm glad it works again, but would still like to know what happened...

I am very happy,it worked for you and now you can have Fun again with your modded Wii.

The Developer Cyan has decided to make some "Changes" in the latest Release v1272 which should improves the Recognition from HDDs (and maybe other USB Devices) and the highest possible Game Compatibility.

So maybe some Combinations/Configurations have some "Issues" but can be easily "fixed" by changing the Loader´s IOS.
Also it is not really "Freezing",the USBLoader GX is continuing in the Background,so if you wait around 15-20 Minutes (the usual Time to rip/install a Disc Game) it should finish the Process in most of the Cases.

As Alternative,since @Cyan is a very busy Man and has a Life,an other great GBAtemp Guy @blackb0x did some great "further" Improvements/Code Cleaning and you can try his Enhanced Mod Version,it is really working great:

Please update/copy the Files manually,the Update Option from the USBLoader GX is not working for the Moment for this Version.
