Hacking issue with rhs with my acekard 2i

i bought an acekard 2i and when i received it I noticed that it would constantly freeze, play only a few roms, and when it was on the menu it had japanese or chinese figures and was named dosaru.. I believe i got a fake and it doesn't even work properly.. RHS said tehy can refund it but i need to ship it back and i dont even get reimbursed for shipping there and for when they sent me it.. what should I do?

or update it and see if it fixed anything, after update it should change from dosaru to chessmaster

and no the "dosaru" does not = fake

yea im using the latest akaio. how do i update the acekard?? not sure how to do that. also how come my code doesn't work on acekard.com??

I would say get it replaced from where you bought it from if you continue to have issues. Or send it to zhuzhuchina and they will replace it for you, link to their topic is below.
