Hello! I'm trying to use ntrviewer with the wii u I and have gone through the ntr-cfw and rosalina steps on the 3ds. I get an ip address of 10.5.xx.xx on the 3ds on my school network, and the ntrviewer indefinitely searches for the 3ds. I tried connecting both consoles to a Windows hotspot where I get a 192.168. ip, but had trouble keeping both devices connected. I eventually got them both connected and the same indefinite search happened. Has anybody had the same issue on a normal network?

I would ask the network administrators about this, but I wouldnt be surprised if a school network isolates each device from each other for security reasons

What exactly are you trying to do with these?
