Hacking iso rar problem

I downloaded an rar and it came in four parts but i don't know how to pu these four rars back together can anyone help me with this also what does it me3an when a file is scrubbed

Start extracting the one that is just .rar, not .01 .001, etc. The rest will extract by themselves. A quick Google search can tell you all this.

any suggestions for an etraction program the one i use wont extract it

winrar. dont even need to select the main .rar file, any of the other ones will do.
