I think it means you can GET support via SKYPE MSN or EMAIL...Hope its not the M3 team though!!!! as the support might take some time

dragon quest 9
mario and luigi browsers inside story
and many others

and it cannot run
pokemon black/white
art academy
batman brave and the bold
and some others

can some one explain why

If you would have done more research, you would have known that this is one BAD clone, it doesn't look like a R4 card at all! Your best options are:
A: buy a new one, preferably one that is up to date (like acekart, ore Supercard DSTWO)
B: Use Ysmenu, together with the updates of Retrogamefan, the person who is developing the new savlibs, infolibs and extinfo files
