Is this the work of a Virus?

I came back to find my brother installing some program of a very sketchy site.
Next thing I know I can't download anything.

When the installation tries to write it's files in the "program settings" file it cant and i get this

error 5 : access denied.

hwat?

Is this a virus?
How can I solve this?

I have Trend Micro Titanium.
I'm running a full system scan as I type this.
The file that was downloaded and installed was some erotic thing called VirtuaGirl?
(yeah i'm gonna start locking my comp)
Well from what I can see my brother didn't even get it from the official site and the install looks cheesy
which scares me even more... help?

After starting taskmanager and looking at prcesses theres one called virtuagirl crack i cant end.

Ugh. help please.
I kinda blow at computer fixing. I can only investigate and do so much.
Still unsure if what i Have IS a virus...

Yeah... I kinda found out what it is.
Okay so heres the deal after questioning him...

He downloaded the real VirtuaGirl thing but it had only demos so he uninstalled that.
Began looking for a crack, found it, downloaded that.
Then downloaded the cheesy version of VirtuaGirl (not official site) I found in my history....
It's like in russian.

What do you mean by reinstall?

Lmao, don't freak out.

You can't install things because you probably run windows vista or 7 and it doesn't let you install in that directory. However, what was downloaded is probably a virus so you will want to work on removing that.

Download malwarebytes and run a scan while you are at it.

Press the windows sign and R at the same time. Type in msconfig, go to the tab all the way to the right under start-up, then uncheck the virtualwhateverthefthatprogramwas.

Yeah, things should probably be installing in C:\Program Files\. In windows 7, the operating system blocks out a lot of things to the user and prevents them from messing with files (while you can take ownership of these things, it's best not too).

When you boot up, press f8 a bunch of times during the bios screen (before windows 7 logo pops up) and load into safemode. From there you can delete things that normally can't be deleted (because they are running).

Even if it doesn't, running two things to scan at once wouldn't be the best thing to do. Just run malwarebytes after micro

Alright well I stopped trend Micro. to start malwarebytes.
Trendmicro said it stopped two spyware threats.
And so far malwarebytes has found 100 infected files. O_O

So from what I see 2 trojan injects came from one of the things he downloaded!
I click remove right????
