alright, but my computer is less than a year old, so I doubt it's a dying componentdriver irql can mean many things, from a driver issue to dieing hdd or gpu/cpu/ram.
Well, last time i saw a bsod was on my 2012 computerAre you seriously just now seeing the new BSoD? This has existed for six years now. But yeah, this is from hardware failure. Your GPU quite possibly overheated.
well, idk if it was overheating, I mean, all that was running on it was Firefox, Plex(streaming program) and Warcraft 3 (a 2003 game)Is this your laptop? If so it could be over heating.
lol, I've paid kaspersky for 3 years, i'm not gonna leave it upsince when does a bluescreen have to be a hardware problem? in this case the bluescreen seems like it came from a kaspersky system driver....

my suggestion? get rid of that kaspersky and problem will probably go away.
Because BSoDs are either caused by hardware failure or a kernel panic. Kernel panics are rarer, and they tend to only be caused by anti-viruses when one has multiple installed (for whatever retarded reason), or a driver shits itself.since when does a bluescreen have to be a hardware problem?
You actually PAY for it? Oh you poor sap. Did nobody warn you it's snake oil?lol, I've paid kaspersky for 3 years, i'm not gonna leave it up
Plus, it's the first time i saw this screen, so i guess it's still worth it
i've got only one anti-virusBecause BSoDs are either caused by hardware failure or a kernel panic. Kernel panics are rarer, and they tend to only be caused by anti-viruses when one has multiple installed (for whatever retarded reason), or a driver shits itself.

lol, yes i pay it, so what?Because BSoDs are either caused by hardware failure or a kernel panic. Kernel panics are rarer, and they tend to only be caused by anti-viruses when one has multiple installed (for whatever retarded reason), or a driver shits itself.

It's snake oil, like I said. All AVs are. They do nothing against crypted malware, which is what is spread.lol, yes i pay it, so what?
I've seen them caused by overheating more than anything. Especially if the client is a heavy smoker.i've been repairing pc's for about 15 years and i think i've seen more bsod's from buggy system drivers than from hardware failures
