GameXplain already did a video about the cracks in this video (Mario Kart size, and other inconsistencies).
PS your video did not work it seems.

Ok you have my attention. Only confirm the Mario Kart size.
Noting that the size is of quite a bit and archiving is out of the question as an icon should be present then.

I want it to be real as most of us who have seen it for sure but I am skeptical.

Placeholder Icons are a thing. This video wasn't recorded with a consumer level Switch. If this is indeed real? It was done from a development/testing unit.

Fair enough fair enough. That does hold some merit for sure. But it would be nice if this turned out valid
