So i found this DS in a defective consoles lot, I managed to refurbish it and made it working again. As you can see its a bit beat up. As i looked it up in ConsoleVariations, It turns out i had the charming Gold one (hence the chinese text in the bottom) And its quite rare. Is it still valuable?

The damage didnt just destroy the shell, it also destroyed any value it could have had. It's like any other collectible, yeah it's still rare, but the value is much lower when it's in poor condition

What's with the third pic also? That doesnt look like original colors, or is the lighting just weird?

since the royal gold one is technically identical, I guess you could see if you can find them online, and if you can find royal gold one cheaper than a charming gold, you could use some of the parts to refurbish the charming gold one. you wouldnt be able to replace the bottom shell because it has all the identifying info on it that identifies it as a charming gold, but everything else should be replaceable
