    Hello everyone.
If i open an GBA game, and replace the chip with the game on it with an rewriteable chip, then can i use it as an flash card?
Like, can i put games on it over and over?

    Not possible.

You can replace the ROM with a ROM of the same game.
No idea if you can replace it with a ROM that uses the same PCB layout....

But it's not possible to use it in that way as a flashcard.

Reiner Ziegler's website has some homemade cart designs but if you look closely, you'll realize that they pretty much use some glue logic to make a normal Flash work. The chips with the required latch built in are deliberately hard for you to get. Even if you can modify an existing cartridge, it's better to put $20 down and get a commercial Flash cart.
