if it is a fake, its a pretty good one. though without seeing the top of the cart up close, it could still be fake lacking the ir chip or something. but it looks fine otherwise from the booklet, case etc

There are MANY fake ds games, my brother bought one online because it was much cheaper, and it works exactly the same...
