Yeah, I know I asked this before so sorry if it seems all deja vu again. Anyways, my laptop 40gb HDD keeps getting filled up and I'm tired of constantly burning data to DVD to free up some spce. So I thought I might as well get a 100gb Fujitsu HDD from ebay. Only one thing I want to know before I commit to buy. I don't want to go through the hassle of formatting the new HDD and reinstalling Windows and new drivers to the new HDD and then moving all my old data from my old HDD to the new one via the IDE2USB device I picked up. Last time I asked this, I was told that Norton Ghost is recommended. But I'm still wondering. Do I need to find a way to connect both the new AND the old HDD togerther before proceeding with using this? Is it even recommended? BTW, I know about external HDD but I don't want to carry extra stuff around with my laptop...
