So far I only found these two methods to save game-saves on GBA games:
(I'm using the latest SC client, with all default options enabled. Latest firmware.)

    1) Real-Time Save
    2) Save the game normally. Turn off, then turn on the DS. Goto the Saver menu and select the game last played, and answer yes to save the game-data to the SD card.

Why can't saves been written directly to the SD card like with NDS games?

I tried that...but nothing seems to happend.

Is something suppose to happen on screen, or does it do something behind the scene?

Saving with the games save system should work better with Supercard Mini-sd? Atleast thats what i've heard because it has a battery.

this combo saves whatever the normal gba saves, so if you save something in the game itself, then use this to save it to the SD card.
