Homebrew Is there anyway to play psp games on 3ds?

Im asking because I have seen like three games I like on the psp that I play on my phone with but not my 2ds. I want that retro feel to it like I actually ahve controlver the player unlike just tapping a bunch of buttons on a phone screen. I mean to ask psp emulator sorry

Because the PS1 and 3DS have similar (if not the same?) architecture, which is ARM, so it would be more easier to emulate the PS1 with that fact in mind.

Also bear in mind that the CIA version on the N3DS can get near-perfect emulation because it has access to all the 3DS's services, and the N3DS is also quad-core, which makes emulation a lot faster.

I don't know much about MIPS and ARM assembly. I only work on Intel x86 assembly. But i'm trying to learn ARM assembly.

These are two common misconceptions. The possiblity of dynamic recompilation does not affect the emulation quality and the current emulation techniques don't get a significant boost over multi-core architectures (it's the increased n3ds clock speed which gives some benefits here)
